Resolution time, not response time
Anyone can answer a phone in thirty seconds. We measure how long until the customer is actually back online.
A licensed internet service provider that chose to go deep in one neighbourhood instead of thin across the country.
SuperNet BD began in 2015 with a handful of connections around Mohakhali. At the time most of the area was served by shared cable and rooftop radio links, and a single rainstorm could take a whole building offline for days.
We took a different approach and spent our first years laying our own fiber rather than reselling someone else's bandwidth. It was slower and more expensive to grow that way, but it means that today when a customer calls with a fault, the cable, the splice and the port all belong to us. There is no third party to blame and nobody to wait for.
Ten years later we still deliberately serve a small footprint - Banani thana and the streets immediately around it. Our technicians know the buildings by name. That is not marketing; it is the reason our fault resolution times are what they are.

Published contention ratios, no invented "up to" speeds, and no FUP hidden in the terms.
Every metre of fiber from our POP to your flat is ours to maintain and ours to answer for.
SuperNet BD operates as an ISP under Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission regulations. Our approved tariff is published for customers to inspect, and all packages are billed in accordance with it.
Come to the Mohakhali office. We are happy to show you the rack, the upstream links and the monitoring dashboard.
