SuperNet BD takes the privacy of customer information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: name, mobile number, email and address, used to provide the connection, carry out a site survey and issue invoices.
• Proof of identity: a copy of a National ID, required for subscriber registration under BTRC regulations.
• Technical connection data: IP address, session logs and bandwidth volume, used for network operation, fault diagnosis and to meet legal obligations.
• Website data: whatever you voluntarily submit through a form on this site, plus a session cookie and a language-preference cookie.

2. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or transfer your browsing history or personal information to advertising networks or any other third party for marketing purposes.

3. Disclosure

We disclose information only in these circumstances: a lawful written direction from BTRC or a law-enforcement agency; an order of a court of competent jurisdiction; or to payment processors and collection partners assisting with billing, who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

4. Cookies

This website uses only necessary cookies: a session cookie for form security and admin sign-in, and a cookie that remembers your language choice. Where Google Analytics is enabled, IP addresses are anonymised.

5. Retention

Subscriber registration and billing records are retained for the period required by regulation. Website enquiries that do not become customer accounts are normally deleted after 12 months.

6. Security

We protect information using encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted internal access. No system is completely secure; in the event of a breach affecting customer data we will notify the affected customers as promptly as we are able.

7. Your rights

8. Third-party links

This website links to BDIX media servers and live TV portals. Those services are outside our control and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
